Supporters for Hua Hin, Thailand 2005 showed up from Sydney, Singapore & Hong Kong in droves, and are to be congratulated for a fine achievement. One of the Singapore mob, Chris Elkin is an Irish lad based in Singapore. His eponymous website:

features about 60 photos of the King's Cup and surprisingly (possibly even 'sadly' to his London-based Burmese fan club) very few of him. While generally a top bloke, he can sometimes be a bit of a tight-arse and has expressed concern that his bandwidth charges will skyrocket now that his URL has been inserted into the high-traffic and well-indexed Tickle site - so be sure to look at all his photos and indeed those from his other trips in Asia. If you know him - or once read P.J. O'Rourke's "Holidays in Hell" and enjoyed  it - don't forget to have a look at Mr Elkin's now infamous "Visit Krakatoa" trip where he was taken for a ride both literally and metaphorically by a clueless boat captain unable to find the screw-top for his empty bottle of cheap rice wine, much less a large, smouldering volcanic island simmering in the Java Sea.
